Getting Brandicated!

Thinking of coming aboard?

Not so quick! Good schools, top grades, and impressive internships--while very helpful--are not the only things that we look at.

Our credo is putting the right people in the right positions --
and that may or may not be you.

This is not a value judgment; it is simply the way we work.

Brandicate is always on the lookout for sharp, educated, cross-culturally talented people who can think both laterally and vertically. There should be no box to think outside of.

In keeping with our general outlook on life, we strongly believe that profit should drive not only more profit, but social and community advancement as well. By default rather than by design, everyone at Brandicate dedicates part of his/her time to help better the communities where we live and work. Again, this sense of belonging to a community is more part of who we are as opposed to a rule etched in stone.

Ways in:

Internships
We offer 4-6 month internships based in Berlin, Washington, Ramallah
-Palestine. If you are a graduate student in the Arts and Humanities, Law, Business or Management, enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment, have an EXCELLENT command of English, like small companies, are driven by excellence, and try to get from A to B in the most efficient way, then send us your CV. Internship places are HIGHLY COMPETITIVE and we don’t have that many to offer. So think carefully before applying. At least basic knowledge of Arabic and the Arab world is definitely a plus if you are applying to work in our Rammallah office, but it is not a knock-out criteria. We do not accept internships of less than four months. working@/

If you are interested in HRM or our Political Advisory Unit (PAU), have a graduate degree in the Arts and Humanities, Law, Business or Management, have a proven track record of international experience (NGO, inter-governmental, or governmental experience a MUST for the PAU), and want to roll up your sleeves, then email us your CV with references. working@/

An advanced degree (MA or equivalent) in the Arts and Humanities, Law, Business or Management, at least three years consulting experience with at no less than one year outside your home country, speak excellent English, workable German (basic knowledge of Arabic is a MUST for those applying in the Middle East), have top references, and enjoy working with deadlines, then maybe you should send us your CV. working@/

Senior consultants
Look at everything above, and if you surpass that with significantly more experience, then send us your CV with references. We’ll be sure to let you know if there are any open positions and if you are in the running. In any case, thanks for your interest in Brandicate! working@/

What we offer:

Brandicate is small, quick, flexible, international, and very challenging. We demand a lot from our consultants, and they get a lot of satisfaction in return. We concentrate on quality and not quantity, though we all work more than we would like to sometimes. At Brandicate, we choose the people we work with, both as colleagues and clients, very carefully. We expect the same. We firmly believe that if you do not enjoy doing your work, you won’t do it well.

Ways out:

Cultural intolerance
Missing deadlines
Disrespect
